The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the 99bmw platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, an alias, a family member's name, or any other identity, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, arbitrage strategy, or coordinated group betting method designed to guarantee profits or systematically exploit the platform's pricing, bonus structure, or game mechanics.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of fraud, theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity. 99bmw complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

99bmw reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a player's account with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under the age of 21, or has provided false age information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player has violated any of the prohibited conduct provisions set out in Section 07 of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the time period stipulated by 99bmw following a formal verification request.
• 99bmw is required by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a law enforcement authority to suspend or close the account.

Upon permanent account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited in full. Players who have voluntarily requested account closure under responsible gaming provisions will have their balance returned in full without deduction.
